Compare the lengths in the bank with the open spaces in the grid. Begin with a length that has few possible entries, then use crossing letters to distinguish words of the same length. Fill a longer entry and check that its crossings agree with the remaining words.
The numbers identify grid entries; they are not clues to a word. Each bank entry shows its length in parentheses. The word bank is grouped by length for practical solving. A new seed rearranges the same selected vocabulary into another connected grid.
Six banks cover the kitchen, gardening, music, travel, the coast and the workshop. Grid spellings use US English; each bank supplies the exact spelling needed. No accents, spaces or punctuation occupy grid squares.
Every bank and grid has one checked completion under the printed rules. The answer page shows the filled grid and a numbered Across and Down list.
Choose the paper size that matches your printer and use Actual size or 100 percent. Check the preview for margins and page breaks. Read the print guide or contact us about a puzzle issue.
