What large print means here
The downloadable large-print PDF uses 18-point grid letters and 16-point words in the word bank. Every letter has a 30-point square of space. This is a specific layout choice, not a promise that one size will suit every reader. Preview a page at actual size and choose the format that is comfortable for you.
Keep the intended print size
Choose US Letter or A4 to match your paper, then print at Actual size or 100%. A shrink-to-fit setting can reduce the letters. Each download contains one puzzle page and one answer page; print page 1 alone if you want to keep the solution out of sight. Browser printing is also available.
Large print is a format, not a difficulty
The word list and search rules are the same as the standard format. Switching off large print changes the type and spacing in the PDF; it does not simplify the puzzle. To change the task, select forward directions, then generate the puzzle again.
