Inside this theme
Find LIGHTHOUSE, SHINGLE, DUNE, SHELL, TIDE, HARBOR, PIER, DRIFTWOOD, SAILBOAT, SANDCASTLE, BREEZE and COVE. The twelve entries are curated as a small connected collection rather than an unfiltered dictionary list. All use A–Z letters in the grid.
A few words to notice
Shingle means the small stones on a beach. Harbor uses US spelling; UK readers usually write harbour. Lighthouse and sandcastle provide long sequences to follow, while tide and cove can hide among the filler. No changing tide times or travel conditions are used.
Make a fresh sheet
Choose forward directions or all eight directions, then generate the puzzle. Each target appears exactly once as a complete straight line, although words can share letters. New puzzle makes another arrangement of this same list. A different theme changes the vocabulary.
Print and keep the answer
Choose Letter or A4 and download the two-page PDF. The first page is the puzzle; the second is its matching marked solution. Large print is on by default. Print at 100% to keep the stated letter size, and keep the seed with the answer if you make copies for a group.
