Your itinerary
Look for PASSPORT, COMPASS, JOURNEY, LUGGAGE, ITINERARY, FERRY, PLATFORM, HOSTEL, MAP, ARRIVAL, SOUVENIR and DEPARTURE. The list follows a trip from preparation to return without using changing destinations, prices or schedules.
Short stops and longer journeys
MAP has only three letters, so it can be less obvious than a long word with a distinctive sequence. ITINERARY and DEPARTURE take more room in the grid. Check each line carefully and remember that an all-directions puzzle can read backwards. Forward directions removes backwards horizontal and vertical placements.
Pack a puzzle for later
Download a PDF before you leave and print it when convenient. The downloaded file opens without the website. To reproduce the grid later, use its seed with the same theme and direction setting. Keep the answer on page 2 separate if you are giving the puzzle to someone else.
